I have a lot.

Assault Rifle/Sniper-I dunno why but I like this one
Assault rifle/Shotgun-good combo against the flood
Needler/Assault Rifle-Infection flood don't stand a chance against a needler
Missile Launcher/Sniper-Good for taking out tank gunners in multi player
Missile Launcher/(duh)Rifle
Rifle/Plasma rifle-Good at clearing out boarding craft on 1st level
